NORMAN: DESIGN EXPERIENCE
Light in form yet unexpectedly comfortable, Norman is an armchair defined by its forward-leaning tubular metal frame, almost as if it were leaning toward you, playfully challenging the eye and inviting you to sit and discover its surprising comfort.
Its shell and armrests, upholstered in regenerated leather, are paired with a soft back cushion designed to deliver a comfort experience that feels both refined and effortlessly relaxed, stylish without ever being formal.
For Salone del Mobile 2026, Norman evolves with the introduction of the Poltroncina Corda version. Elevated to a seat height of 45 cm, it reinterprets the original design through intricate woven cord detailing across the back and armrests, replacing regenerated leather with a more tactile language, bringing added texture, character, and a heightened sense of craftsmanship.

Daniele Della Porta, graduates as an architect in Naples under the guide of Professor Filippo Alison. He carries on the studio of his father, Gerardo Della Porta, established in 1973, focusing on architecture and design.
