Calia Italia brings on its expanding project in China
Lately Calia Italia has been at the focus of one of the most important news in terms of economic and foreign trade. As a matter of fact, the firm has been given green light of the Sace-Simest, the company in the “Cassa depositi e prestiti Group” who supports the export and the internationalisation of Italian companies.
Deutsche Bank’s 1.5 million € loan helps Calia Italia funding its project in China. With Sace-Simest’s contribution, Calia Italia will be able to participate to international events and exhibitions, invest in its R&D and in its growth on the Chinese market.
Actually, China represents one of the most important internationalisation projects for the Company, especially thanks to the growing request of made in Italy products: the idea is to open 40 Calia Italia flagship stores in China before 2022. The mission has already started in 2018 when Calia Italia signed a partnership with Dongguan Huicui Furniture Co Ltd, owned by the De Rucci Beddings Co. Ltd, for the exclusive distribution of Calia Italia models in the People’s Republic of China.
The international success of Calia Italia is proved by its presence in 90+ Countries and by the numerous awards received, like the “100 Italian Excellence” Award, dedicated to all those Italian firms that represent the excellence of the Made in Italy craftsmanship.
